A while back I helped my friend Whitney shoot a wedding at Lee’s Summit’s Longview Mansion. The Longview Mansion was a gorgeous location that lent itself well as a backdrop for photos. This was a huge blessing, considering the weather outside was bitter cold that day.

Just a quick 5 min shoot of the whole wedding party outside, any longer and we would have all probably gotten frost bite!

Every room had light spilling in through the vast windows. The ceremony was held in the Library and started right before sunset. The room had such a romantic glow. Perfect location, and timing of the ceremony. Makes me sigh!!!!!!!

The Reception was held in a Tent on the backside of the house. I couldn’t think of a more classy way to jazz up a tent for a reception. .jpg "Longview Mansion")
